Cancellations made 24 hours before slot time – eligible for full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of slot time – non-refundable.
No-shows will not be refunded.
If the turf is unavailable due to weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, customers will receive:
Academy fees are non-refundable once a batch has started.
In exceptional cases (medical emergencies), requests may be considered.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
